Published Twice a Year.
2wice is a new interdisciplinary arts journal that focuses on a specific theme for each issue. Our debut looks at feet: how they look, where they take us, and howe adorn and protect them. The editorial vantage points of 2wice are both popular and academic, serious and humorous. 2wice is intended to both document and vividly materialize the theme of each issue. Commissioned as well as historical photography provides a rich visual framework for an investigation of our subject areas: art, film, fashion, design, dance, and performance. The broad range of material brought together in the pages of 2wice intersect on issues of the body: its fashioning, its movement, and the representations we make of ourselves and others.
